Hi Dani We were very happy with the way you organised the chair covers. Right from our first contact with you, it was apparent that you were a well organised team. I got that vibe from the way you answered emails quickly and concisely. You kindly traveled all the way from Bossley Park to Clovelly to bring samples of your work and gave me a nice idea for the sashes for Angelas wedding day. On the day, you and your Mum arrived on time and decorated the restaurant at the Botanic Gardens to a very beautiful standard. Many people commented to me on how lovely the whole table and chair themes looked. Also you decorated our outdoor chairs on the band lawn to make them look more appealing. So overall, we were very pleased with your service and creativity. Even though I did see you on saturday, it was if all the chairs were transformed by magic because we didn't actually notice it being done! Kindest regards

Good Morning ladies, Thank you so much for a most professional and classy looking set up. I was very pleased when I opened up the doors to the room to see it all set up - it looked amazing. I have had so many comments from the staff and managers on how lovely it all looked and that really helped set the scene for a fantastic night. The planets were all aligned I think! What are the T&C for hire?

We like to be practical with our beautiful clients. We will provide you with a quote and if you are happy to go ahead, we will provide you with an invoice for a 50% deposit to secure the booking. The week prior to the function we will be in touch to confirm any loose ends like final numbers and any tweaks. When we can set up and collect and any other important information. Final payment is required prior to the event - or if you like on the day of the event after we set up. The hire-ee accepts all responsibility for hired items until all items are accounted for and collected.

Where can I find photos of some of your work? There is nothing more we like than pretty photos from our beautiful functions! Keep an eye out on our website www.decorationsbyjelena.com.au or join us on facebook for your opportunity to ask us live questions about any of our photos! www.facebook.com/decorationsbyjelena If I book a compete package is there any discount? From time to time we run special promotions - so check us out on Facebook for all current promotions! Generally speking if you book a package deal with us - we will give you an overall discount to thank you for your business! This could be chair covers and table cloths or centerpieces and napkins - depending on what you need we'll cater to your needs. How much are your centerpieces? Depending on what you are after - our centerpieces start from as little as $15 each! Our range includes; Wrought Iron Candelabra Deluxe Diamond Candelabra Diamond Sphere Candelabra Fish Bowl designs for flowers, candles and living centerpieces Bullet Vase designs for flowers, candles and living centerpieces Square Vase designs for flowers, candles and living centerpieces Various fairy light designs and more! Just drop us an email with what ideas and themes you are considering and we'll get you the best price we can! The venue have their own covers - can you provide just the sashes? Of course! Again, the price is all inclusive of delivery, set up and collection. We can even arrange just parts of the package - for those little things you haven't been able to find. Do you have a DIY price? We don't customarily give a DIY price because we belive our all inclusive prices are already so low - that you wouldn't want to stress yourself with the hassle of collecting, setting up and returning items. However, we do provide tailor made packages so please feel free to ask! How far do you go to cater for events? We not only service the Sydney metropolitan area, but we also go to the Entrance, Wollongong / Illawara, Penrith and the Blue Mountains! What does your price include? When we quote you on either our Complete Chair Dressings, Table Cloths, Centerpieces and various other items - the price is all inclusive of delivery, set up and collection. So there are no hidden surprises!
